What is the difference between linear, tactile, and clicky switches?
Linear switches are smooth and quiet, tactile switches have a noticeable bump when pressed, and clicky switches provide both a tactile bump and an audible click sound.
Are your keyboards compatible with both Windows and macOS?
Yes, most of our keyboards include a toggle switch or hotkey to swap between Windows and macOS modes, and many come with extra keycaps for both systems.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built keyboards may be subject to a restocking fee.
What does 'Hot-Swappable' mean?
A hot-swappable keyboard allows you to change your switches without soldering. You can simply pull the switches out and plug new ones in to customize your typing feel.
