Whether the switch feel isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the keyboard and all original accessories, including keycap pullers and cables, into the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
